Technologies:
The iconic G3 Campagnolo geometry represents a challenge to the conventional configuration of the rays of the wheel for racing bikes. Groups of three parallel rays with straight head are in fact arranged in a 2: 1 ratio. Having double the rays on one side allows the wheels with G3 technology to reach the perfect balance of tensions by increasing the stiffness and improving the transfer of power. An iconic and unique design in its style, which contributes to improving the absorption of loads and reducing weights. Raggiaura G3 also positively affects the driving experience: the original triplet scheme reduces the vibrations perceived, minimizing the micro-deformations of the circle under tension and its response to the stresses of the route. G3 geometry is designed with optimized solutions for the front wheel and the rear wheel. The front wheel sees a higher number of disc rays to absorb braking loads. At the rear, on the other hand, the same loads are transferred to the rays doubled on the side of the box through the monolithic hub body: an intuition that allows you to work both in braking and under the transfer of power during the pedaling. N3W, an acronym for Next 3 Ways, is a patented standard of free wheel bodice engineer to host 11, 12 and 13 speeds with departure 9, 10 and 11 teeth, while keeping compatibility with the less recent cassettes 9 and 10 speeds unaltered. To make it compatible with all the current departure boxes 11 teeth, simply use the N3W ring (ring kit + ring cod. AC21-N3W) which restores its length by aligning it with that of the Classic bodice. N3W is directly compatible with the new country crates with departure 9 and 10 teeth. N3W presents the same groove profile as the Classic country bodice, but with a significant weight saving, thanks to a length of 4.4 mm lower. The N3W Light version, characterized by an aeronautical quality aluminum hub, modeled on optimized geometries, offers maximum torsional rigidity and maximum performance control.
